If you are planning or anticipating any adds, moves, or changes to either staff or locations, please note the following:
- A work order must be submitted for furniture and/or box moves
- A separate work order must be submitted for the total clean of new area
In order to ensure an uneventful, add, move or staff/location changes submit all work requests 2 weeks prior to the moving/change date(s).

Information Technology (IT)
- Task requests are required for computer and/or telephone moves or changes.
- Separate requests are required for printer or copier moves or changes. The printer or copier requests are submitted by selecting Print / Copy / Fax from the pull-down menu in the Help Request window.
All requests, for IT and/or Printer(s) must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the add, move, or change date(s).
