District transportation is available for all curricular or extracurricular (clubs, student events, etc.) field trips. Cost for use of District Transportation is as follows:
- $1.23 per mile
- $25.28 OT Driver Rate (OT rate is charged only after the first 9 hours)

Submit a Travel Requests
Complete the Field Trip, Transportation, Special Travel Request Form and return it to the Transportation office. Per AP 4300, Supervising District employees must apply for District transportation at least ten (10) working days in advance of the date of the proposed trip by submitting the Field Trip, Transportation, Special Travel Request Form to the Transportation Office. No group will be allowed to travel if the appropriate signed paperwork is not received. You may call the office to verify if we have received your paperwork.
