Workforce Training Institute Office

The Delta College Workforce Training Institute offers hands-on learning and professional development opportunities in healthcare, technology, business, and personal enrichment. Our programs are designed to help individuals from all backgrounds gain the skills, confidence, and credentials needed to enter today’s workforce and advance their careers. Through Contract Education, we also partner directly with local businesses, government agencies, and community organizations to deliver customized training solutions that strengthen the regional economy and support a skilled workforce.

Community Education classes are self-supporting and funded through enrollment fees. These short-term, noncredit courses do not require a college application or formal enrollment at Delta College, and they do not count toward degree or certificate programs. Instead, they offer a flexible, accessible way for learners of all ages to explore new interests, upgrade job skills, or pursue lifelong learning goals.
