The Maintenance & Operations Department is responsible for the day-to-day operation, repair, maintenance, and security of buildings. Our goal is to support the District's and department mission and vision of providing a well-maintained, safe, aesthetically pleasing learning and working environment for all students, personnel, and visitors.
Services provided by Maintenance & Operations include but are not limited to the following:
- Electrical (Lighting)
- Equipment/Supply Deliveries (Small & Large items)
- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
- Addressing Campus Facilities Emergencies:
- No Electrical/Power
- Gas/Bad Odors
- Water leaks (including broken sprinklers)
- Elevators not working
