Using the power of a debit MasterCard, the My SJDC Card is mailed to the student after the Refund Request form has been submitted at the Admissions and Records service window by the refund deadline, and after being processed by the Fiscal Services Office. The My SJDC Card will arrive in a bright green envelope.
DO NOT THROW THIS BRIGHT GREEN ENVELOPE AWAY AS
IT IS THE FASTER, MORE SECURE WAY TO RECEIVE A REFUND!
For the fastest access to receive a refund, activate the card as soon as it is received!
Once the College processes the Refund Request form, a card from HigherOne should arrive in approximately 14 days. If a student already has a HigherOne account established, he/she will receive an email as soon as the funds are available. The My SJDC Card will be mailed to the current address on file, so make sure the address is accurate with the College when submitting a the Refund Request form!
The My SJDC Card is designed with the student in mind, providing several options for receiving the student fee refund! Students should be sure to check their refund preference with OneAccount.

* Please note that using the paper check option from HigherOne is faster than requesting a paper check from District Fiscal Services.
