Petitions/Forms

Effective March 18th, as we transition to remote support, please submit your petition or form in one of the following ways:

  1. Print, fill out, scan and email to: ar-petitions@deltacollege.edu
  2. Print, fill out, scan via your Notes app on your phone or take a picture of (please make sure it is legible), and attach in an email to: ar-petitions@deltacollege.edu
  3. If you cannot print, scan or take a picture of; please email us at ar-petitions@deltacollege.edu with the following information:
    1. Subject: Type of Petition
    2. In the email please list your Name, Student ID# and all of the information that is being asked on the petition.

We will respond to you and let you know we have received your request and that your petition is being processed (please be patient as we move to assisting our students remotely).
