We are improving the way you manage your student data at Delta! Starting with your Financial Aid Application for the 2019-2020 Academic year, you will now log in to the new Delta College My Financial Aid Portal to check your financial status, complete outstanding forms and requirements and view your award!

Using the New Financial Aid System

The new Delta College My Financial Aid Portal is still under development with only limited actions you can take.  Currently, you can log in, view your profile information and see your tasks — a list of items that require your attention related to your financial aid application.

How to Log In 

  1. Go to the new Delta College My Financial Aid Portal
  2. Enter Your User Name
    • Your User Name is your Delta College Student ID Number
  3. Enter Your Password
    • If this is your first time logging in, your password is SJdc! plus your 6 digit birthdate (Please Note: the letters 'S' and 'J' are both capitalized.)
    • Example: If your birthdate is 06/04/1995 your password is SJdc!060495
    • Passwords are case sensitive
    • Once you log in the first time, you will be told that your password has expired, and you will be prompted to change your password
    • Follow the instructions carefully when changing your password
  4. Click "Submit"

Verify Your Profile Information

  1. Go to the new Delta College My Financial Aid Portal
  2. Enter Your User Name and Password (See how to login above)
  3. Click on Profile and use the tabs on the left to view all your details (personal details, contact details, addresses)
  4. If any of your information needs to be updated, please contact the Financial Aid Office. 

View Your Tasks

The “Tasks” section of the portal will show you a list of additional documentation that we need from you to finish processing your financial aid application.

  1. Go to the new Delta College My Financial Aid portal
  2. Enter Your User Name and Password (See how to login  above)
  3. Click on Tasks. If more documentation is needed from you, items will be listed here.
  4. Each task will have one of the following statuses:
    • Initiated means the task requires your attention. Click on the task to see what you need to do to complete the item. 
    • Received means you have submitted the required document and Financial Aid is reviewing it.
    • Completed means Financial Aid has confirmed that they have everything they need for that task.
