Why Choose Automotive Electric Technology?

Students will learn how to perform diagnostic tests and learn how to repair today's vehicles. Areas of study include Electrical/Electronics, Engine Performance and Driveability, Emissions, Air Conditioning, and testing vehicles for state emission programs like "Smog Check". This program is certified by the California Department of Consumer Affairs/Bureau of Automotive Repair (DCA/BAR) to deliver the Basic and Advanced Clean Air Course. The program is also certified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) in association with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
