Author of two Amazon bestsellers: Endangered Eating: America’s Vanishing Foods and Eight Flavors: The Untold Story of American Cuisine, Lohman has shared Americans diverse food stories with PBS, CNN, NPR, The New York Times, Gastro Osbcura, and the Cooking Channel!  

Join us in a moderated talk about food history, writing, and the intersections of culinary arts, gender, race, and ethnicity. The talk will be followed by a Q and A- so bring your questions for this incredible food historian/ author!
