Having trouble logging on to Zoom? The site is now enforcing its sign-in method, which means you have two options:
- Go to your Okta dashboard (you'll need to log into Okta) and simply click on the Zoom tile; or
- Go to zoom.us and proceed to the sign-in screen. You do not need to fill in an email or a password. Instead, look below the “Sign In” button and click the SSO icon (look for the key near the bottom).
Once you get to the SSO sign-in screen, type deltacollege-edu for the Company Domain
This should resolve the problem.
NOTE: The same steps apply if you are logging into the Zoom Outlook plugin via Okta/SSO, or if you are logging on via the Zoom desktop app. The SSO option will always be below the sign-in button.
