Email Set-up for Mobile Devices

For Outlook Users

Here are the available options to access your email through mobile or internet browser:

  • Mobile Device (iPhone or Android): Download the Outlook App through your mobile store
  • Mobile Exchange (iPhone):
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Select Passwords & Accounts
    3. Add Account
    4. Select Exchange
    5. Type in new email address
    6. Type in Description
    7. Select Next
    8. When it asks to sign in, select Sign in.  Don’t select Configure Manually.
    9. It will redirect to a web login where you can enter your password to sign in.
    10. Click Sign In button.
    11. Select which items you want to sync, then hit Save.

If you have a non-district issued computer/laptop, you may either access by:

  1. Outlook through the web-based version: https://www.office.com
  2. Purchasing the “Home Use Program” though the Microsoft site: https://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/hup.aspx?culture=en-US
