About the Office
The CalWORKs program at Delta College provides services to students who are receiving cash assistance from the Human Services Agency. Our purpose is to support students in their progress toward their county-approved plan, and to ensure their success in achieving their educational goals. Assistance to county case managers is also provided, to ensure compliance. The CalWORKs Program is run entirely by employees of the College. While we work closely with our partners at HSA, we are funded by the Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.

The San Joaquin County online resource directory and referral system developed by the CalWORKs program at Delta College. It has been the premier directory for over 17 years and is coveted by local social service agencies, government entities, educational and community-based organizations.
