Pride Center

The Pride Center at San Joaquin Delta College is a welcoming and supportive space dedicated to LGBTQ+ students and allies. It provides resources, programming, and advocacy to foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming campus environment. The Center also offers opportunities for community building, personal growth, and education to promote understanding, respect, and equity across the college.

The Pride Center's Vision believes every student has a right to learn in an environment that is safe and affirming. We believe LGBTQ+ students deserve inclusion within a Delta College community that values the success of all students.

The Mission of the San Joaquin Delta College Pride Center to provide a welcoming safe space for academic success and support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) students and their allies. By establishing partnerships with various campus and community entities, the Pride Center facilitates networks of support that are student-centered and provides access to tools and resources for student success. The Pride Center is committed to serving the needs of students by working with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and community to ensure the campus is welcoming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ persons, as well as advocate for the respect and safety of all members of the campus community.
