How to Apply
If you are interested in enrolling your child, please submit an online application for review and approval. Once approved, you will be added to the waitlist. Starting the application involves creating an account on our application portal, completing the application questions, and uploading requested documentation. We have one computer at the CDC that can be used onsite to complete the application. If you have any questions or need support with your application, please contact us at (209) 954-5700.

About the Office
Welcome to the Delta College Child Development Center! We are located in the the Hazel Hill Child Development Center Building. To qualify for full-day services, income-eligible parents must demonstrate need by enrollment in classes, training and/or working.
The center is funded by the state Department of Social Services; General Child Care for Toddlers (18-36 months) and the state Department of Education for California State Preschool for children 3 to 4 years of age. All families are ranked based on the family size and household income. Some families may have a fee for services based on their income.
Mission and Vision
The Hazel Hill Child Development Center provides quality childcare and educational services to eligible children, with a priority given to eligible full-time Delta College students and staff. The Center is licensed to provide services to 144 children 18 months to 5 years of age.
