About the Office
The Food Service Office makes sure students, faculty, staff, and visitors have access to fresh, affordable meals and snacks every day. From daily dining to special campus events, the team focuses on quality, safety, and service so that eating on campus is always a positive experience.

Stockton Campus Food Options
Danner Cafeteria
Full breakfast and lunch options, rotating hot menu, and other student favorites.
Location: Danner Hall
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Menu
Hot breakfast items include:
- Sausage Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches
- Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Nuggets
Lunch items include:
- Burgers
- Fries
- Pizza
- Pre-made salads with rotating proteins of ham, chicken or imitation crab, with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg & cheese, or a vegetarian option with beans instead of protein. Your choice of ranch or Italian dressing.
- Fresh fruit bowls are typically available depending on seasonality.
- We offer Klean Eats Kitchen quality nutritional meals that are pre-cooked, frozen & microwavable. Meal options include Keto/low carb (green labeling), high protein (orange labeling) and lower calorie (red & green labeling) in the counter-top freezer.

Java Jitters
Need a pick-me-up? Swing by Java Jitters for espresso drinks, iced coffees, teas, refreshers, and more.

Bookstore
Find grab-and-go options, microwavable foods, and all the drinks and snacks you need between classes at the bookstore.

Student-Run Dining at Delta
Our Culinary Arts students bring their skills straight to the table with three on-campus dining experiences. From fresh-grilled favorites at Mustang Grill, to gourmet lunches at the Student Chef, to breads and pastries at the Artisan Bakery — every bite is made with creativity and learning in mind.
Mustang Grill
Craving something hot and fresh? Mustang Grill serves up a rotating selection of lunch favorites and daily specials, all prepared by Culinary Arts students. Open on select days and times during the semester.

The Artisan Bakery
Sweet or savory, the Artisan Bakery has it all. Enjoy fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches, soups, and specialty beverages, baked and prepared by students honing their culinary skills. Open on select days and times during the semester.
