Facilities Planning and Management Office

The Facilities Planning and Management Office at Delta College oversees the planning, development, maintenance, and daily operation of the College’s physical spaces. This includes managing new construction, renovations, long-term facilities planning, and sustainability initiatives. The office ensures that campus buildings and infrastructure meet safety, accessibility, and environmental standards while supporting student learning and success. Facilities Planning and Management also provides essential services such as custodial work, groundskeeping, and maintenance, helping to keep the campus clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
