The Culinary Arts program at San Joaquin Delta College proudly presents our campus bakery, run by the Baking and Pastry students under the guidance of Chef Robert Halabicky and Mariah Parke. Our students showcase and serve a variety of baked goods, pastries, sandwiches, and more to the Delta College community.
Hours and Location
The Artisan Bakery, open select days during the semester, offers sweet and savory treats along with a coffee bar — all prepared and served by our talented culinary students.
Fall 2025 days/hours (subject to change):
is open Thursdays 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Goleman Library.
Please note: the bakery will open on Wednesday, October 29, and Wednesday, November 26, in place of our usual Thursday hours, due to holidays.
