ILP/YESS Program
The Independent Living Program/Youth Empowerment Strategies for Success (ILP/YESS) is designed to support foster youth as they transition into adulthood and independent living.
The program offers workshops, resources, and hands-on training in areas such as financial literacy, employment readiness, housing, health, and education planning. By equipping youth with practical skills and connecting them to supportive services, ILP/YESS helps participants build confidence, achieve stability, and prepare for long-term success in college, career, and life.
