Skills for Adults
General Education adult workshops offer a wide range of opportunities for professional development, skill-building, personal growth, and cultural enrichment.
Practical Skills for Everyday Success
Learning Skills and Adaptive Learning–Transition to Work classes support adults in building essential reading, comprehension, and math skills, along with practical knowledge in health education, problem-solving, communication, conflict management, and workplace readiness.
Counseling classes help you create a personalized Student Education Plan (SEP) and provide practical guidance to move forward with your personal, educational, and career goals.
Adventures in Continued Learning
Stockton Institute for Continued Learning (SICL) offers weekday workshops and day tours for mature learners. Some are held on the Delta College campus, others explore off-campus sites, and some are online using Zoom. No tests, grades, or credits, just learning fun!
SICL provides opportunities to engage in learning, develop hobbies, and make friends.
