Academic Advisors
If you’re interested in one of our Communication and Languages Programs at Delta, your first step is to connect with an academic advisors in this area of study. They can guide you on available courses, answer your questions, and help you get started.
Counselors/Librarians
Once you’ve applied to a Communication and Languages program at Delta, you’ll have access to counselors who can help you plan your classes by working with you to develop an education plan to help you stay on track. You can also use the library resources and other support services throughout your learning and research in the program.

The ESL Program has given me the opportunity for personal growth and work experience. It has given me the confidence to know that nothing is impossible if you put your mind into it.

ESL Student
I was once an ESL student and enjoyed that experience. After completing ESL classes, I earned an AA degree in Spanish and in Interdisciplinary Studies. Currently, I work at San Joaquin Delta College as a Tutor for Spanish and other subjects, and I am continuing my education to become a Spanish Teacher.
