Steps to Apply to the Nurse Assistant Training Program
- Review all the program information on the web page at CNA Program and your own personal commitments regarding work hours, other family responsibilities, and personal goals to ensure you are ready to participate in the program.
- Review the information on criminal background clearance and determine if this will be an inhibiting factor in completing nursing education training. Background Clearance Information
- New students must complete the enrollment process as a student to San Joaquin Delta College. Current students must be in good standing with the college and their information must be current.
- Submit an online application to the Nurse Assistant Training program during the online application period (available only during the application period). Students will be randomly selected to attend the program and will be notified of their selection through their Delta College Student email account.
- CNA Information packet will be emailed to those students who are selected to attend the program.
- Purchase textbooks, uniforms, Certified Background account, etc. as specified in the CNA Student Information packet.
- Attend all classes.
