View Unofficial Transcripts

Current Students

To view and print a copy of your Unofficial Transcripts, Log in to MyDelta using MyDelta Dashboard and select MyDelta tile.

1. From your MyDelta homepage, click the Academic Records Tile.
2. From the left sidebar, click View Unofficial Transcript.
3. Under Report Type, select Unofficial Transcript.
4. Click the Submit button.

Accessing your Unofficial Transcripts

Delta Alumni

If you are a Delta Alumni or former student and If you no longer have access to MyDelta, please email:

ar-transcripts@deltacollege.edu 

Include the following in your email:

• Your full name (First and Last) while attending Delta
• Date of Birth
• Student ID number
• Attach a copy of your valid picture ID: Examples of acceptable picture ID include but is not limited to:
  • State Driver's License or State ID Card
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Passport  or Passport Card or National ID Card

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. A copy of your unofficial transcripts will be emailed to you in a secured email.
