Verifications or certifications can include standard enrollment verifications showing your enrollment status for the current semester as well as forms requiring college certification, such as Common App College Reports, scholarship forms, insurance forms, loan deferment forms, licensing or certification forms, employer forms or other verification requests. If you have a specific form that needs to be filled out, you can upload the form to the order.
Things to keep in mind before ordering your Verification or Certification:
- You will need to know your MyDelta ID or SSN to order your verification through the online service. (If you log into MyDelta, this information will be pre-populated)
- The Admissions & Records Office does not accept phone or fax requests.
- Grade-point-averages and previous terms are not included on a verifications or certifications. For this information, an official transcript must be requested. Please see Official Transcripts Page.
- During campus closures, orders that are received during the closure period will be processed in the order received when campus reopens.
