Just looking for a quiet place to prep for a test, write an essay, or read? Here are a couple of suggestions:

Goleman Library

The second floor of the Library is a quiet study area that has a variety of seating, including desks, lounge chairs, and study benches. There are convenient electrical outlets as well in case you need to charge your laptop or other devices. The library also offers Zoom and recording rooms, and family-friendly study rooms.

Outdoor Spaces

There are plenty of quiet spots around campus where you can sit at a table, soak up some sun, and crack open those books. Check out the patio in front of the Delta College Health Center, the patio outside the first floor of Holt, or the courtyard at the Science and Math Building, to name just a few.

Tutoring Centers

Even if you don't plan to meet with a tutor, students can stop by any of Delta's tutoring centers for independent study. All centers have open tables which drop-in students are welcome to stop by and use.
