Applications submitted through this form are received and processed by Admissions & Records Office during the graduation evaluation period and will not appear in your MyDelta Student Portal. However you will get a confirmation email to your Delta email address of the submission. Submitting this application does not guarantee that you will be awarded a degree or certificate. If the Admissions & Records Office requires additional information while completing your evaluation, we will contact you using your Delta College email account.
