The Artisan Bakery

Fresh baguettes, anyone? The Artisan Bakery aims to equip culinary arts students with both educational knowledge and real-world experience in the baking and pastry field. The best part: The Bakery's aromatic array of breads, desserts, and soups are available to purchase on select days each semester.

The Culinary Arts program at San Joaquin Delta College proudly presents our campus bakery, run by the Baking and Pastry students under the guidance of Chef Robert Halabicky and Mariah Parke. Our students showcase and serve a variety of baked goods, pastries, sandwiches, and more to the Delta College community.
