Angela Beyer DaCruz joined San Joaquin Delta College in 2009. Angela came to us from Wisconsin where she has many years of experience in the educational field serving as a teacher, an education consultant, a basketball coach and as a multisite Director for a nonprofit child care program.

Angela received her B.A. in Neuroscience, Psychology and Biology from Carthage College and her M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Concordia College. She also earned a Graduate Certification in Mind, Brain and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University.

Outside of teaching, Angela loves spending time with her husband and four children and they love to get outside and enjoy everything from snowboarding to hiking and paint balling. Angela also joins the basketball classes here at Delta to stay in shape and relive her time playing in college and professionally in Europe
