Finding the Health Center

The Health Center is in Locke 126 and is accessed from the Dolores Huerta Plaza side of the building.

The Delta College Health Center offers comprehensive free or low-cost services.

Nurse Assessments

  • Referrals to community work partners 
  • Wound care
  • Sexual Health (male / female condoms, oral dams, Plan B pill, Opill birth control pill)
  • Life and Health Coaching
  • Nurse Case Management 
  • Nurse Advocacy
  • Assistance utilizing personal health insurance and appointment  scheduling
  • Medical Condition Teaching and Learning Sessions
  • Blood Pressure Monitoring
  • Blood Glucose Monitor Teaching and Learning Sessions
  • First Aid

 

Behavioral Health

  • Solution-focused interventions and support
  • Case Management and coordination to link to community support resources
  • In-Person Mental Health Counseling 
  • UWill Teletherapy / Basic Needs Support and Crisis Connection 24/7/365
