STOCKTON – Students and parents can meet representatives from more than 40 universities while also exploring Delta College’s affordable transfer and career opportunities at the 49th annual College Night on Sept. 1.
The event is an opportunity to learn about universities as well as the advantages of a Delta education.
“College Night is all about helping students see what’s possible after high school,” said Alvin Jaimes, a student programs specialist at Delta College. “They can explore colleges and universities, ask questions and start thinking about the path that’s right for them. And for students who want to stay close to home, Delta offers an affordable path to a great career or a four-year degree.”

WHY: It’s never too early to start thinking about college! Current high school students, Delta students, and parents may gain valuable insights at College Night. Learn about different majors and careers, and how to complete transfer requirements at Delta while earning an Associate Degree. Information about admissions to four-year universities will be provided by the California State University and University of California systems, as well as Historically Black Colleges and Universities and private universities.

Meet with four-year university representatives and learn more about Delta’s programs and services: Danner Hall, 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m.
Application information: Three concurrent sessions begin at 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. CSU system at the Tony Fitch Forum; UC system at the Dawn Mabalon Forum; Historically Black Colleges and Universities and private universities at the Campesino Forum.
