Informational Meeting: March 20, 1-2pm drop-in (optional)

FREE Mat Cutting Workshop: March 24, 1–4pm (optional)
- 30-45 minutes per group of 3 students
- Students learn how to use a mat cutter to frame artwork (photos, graphic arts, and works on paper)

Artwork Selection by Exhibition Juror: April 8-13
Artwork Selection Announcement: April 13
- Check email used for entering the online application after 5pm
Deliver Selected Artwork: April 14–15
- Drop-in 8am–5:30pm or by appointment

Gallery Opening Reception & Awards Ceremony: April 30, 5–7pm
