Mission Statement
Delta College Pride Coalition (DCPC) strives to create an inclusive, affirming and embracing space for LGBTQIA+ staff, faculty, and the broader community. We advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and gender expression. DCPC is committed to cultivating a welcoming campus environment for all, particularly those who continue to face oppression based on other intersecting identities.

Meetings
All LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and managers are welcome to attend Delta College Pride Coalition (DCPC) meetings, which happen the third Friday of every month at 10 a.m., in-person and by Zoom.
