Students mingle at Delta College

We appreciate community members for serving on the Citizens' Oversight Committee! 

Committee members must reside in the San Joaquin Delta Community College District, be 18 years or older, and may not be an employee, vendor, contractor or consultant for the District. 

 

Responsibilities

Committee responsibilities include: 

  • Reviewing quarterly expenditure reports produced by the District;
  • Informing the public concerning the District's expenditure of bond proceeds; and
  • Presenting an annual report to the Board of Trustees.
