Want a career with job security? At Delta College you can get the practical skills and certifications you need to install, maintain, and repair the heating and cooling systems that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round.

You'll experience lectures and hands-on training as you work on a wide variety of equipment encompassing much of the trade. In the end, you'll have the knowledge and training to troubleshoot problems encountered in the industry and to pass the EPA refrigerant recovery exam for certification.

Ultimately, you could work in maintenance departments, cold storage facilities, school districts, and private contractors.
