Equity Success Program (ESP) is a first-year cohort-style experience program designed for high school graduates. ESP helps incoming freshmen enroll in courses needed to transfer or graduate with an associate degree.
The goal of ESP is to support new students and help them with the transition from high school to college by providing a supportive and welcoming learning environment. We believe in our students!
