The Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) would help first responders learn how to safely and effectively operate emergency vehicles, combining classroom learning with hands-on driving practices.
This project is in collaboration with the city of Lodi and the Lodi Police Department, with the city of Lodi providing over 20 acres of land for development of a shooting range. The initial scope includes construction of the range, an EVOC training area, covered bleachers, restrooms, and a classroom facility.
