Withdrawal from Class - Short term, irregularly scheduled classes, and actual hours of Attendance Classes

A student who withdraws from one or more classes during the first thirty percent of the class will have no entries made on transcripts for the courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal. A student who withdraws from one or more classes in the period between thirty-one and seventy-five percent of the class will have a "W" entered on transcripts for the courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal. A student who withdraws from one or more classes during the final twenty-five percent of the term will have a grading symbol other than a "W" entered on transcripts for the courses enrolled in at the time of withdrawal.
