  • Vaccinations are recommended but no longer required to take in-person or hybrid classes or to use in-person services.
  • Masks are recommended indoors but not required.
  • Learn how to get tested on campus.
  • If you are COVID-19 positive, or have been exposed to someone who is COVID-19 positive, fill out this form.
  • If you have symptoms and are unsure whether you should come to class, call (209) 888-0480 for advice from a medical professional. If no one is available to take your call, leave a message with your name and phone number.

Financial Aid

Did you know Delta disburses $45 million in financial aid each year? Make sure you apply, even if you think you don't qualify.

Instructions for checking your financial aid status can be found on the Financial Aid website. If you have questions, you can chat live with a representative during business hours or visit the Delta Connect Center in the DeRicco Building.

Food Pantry

All students are welcome to utilize the Student Food Pantry for free food! The pantry will open for the Spring semester on Jan. 31, 2023. Hours and information at the following link:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m
    The cafeteria offers offers a wide selection of food including pre-made grab and go items including sandwiches and wraps, hot items including individual pizzas, burritos, tornados, soups and/or chili and hot cereal, as well as cold cereal, chips, snacks and a wide selection of drinks. The Java Jitters counter offers espresso, coffee Frappuccino, cream Frappuccino, refreshers, shaken teas, hot chocolate, iced coffee and more.


  • Monday – Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    The Bookstore also offers grab and go food items, microwavable food items and a generous supply of drinks and snacks.

All students can apply for a student ID card. Please visit the Student ID/ Mustang Pass information for more details.

TIP: Students with a student ID card can ride San Joaquin RTD buses for free!

Technology (laptops)

Technology resources such as laptops will be available for check-out to students for the Spring Semester.

To begin the process of requesting a device, please connect with a Resource Specialist to get a technology referral.

The Mustang Tech Squad will start loaning out devices on Jan. 17, 2023.

Please do NOT come to the Mustang Room unless you have been sent your referral from your Resource Specialist.

When you come to pick up your loaner device(s), please be sure to bring a valid government issued PHOTO ID. e.g. Driver License, Passport, or Matricula (Student IDs will not be accepted) AND a copy of your class schedule for Spring 2023 semester.

Location and Hours of Operations

  • Jan. 23-Feb. 3, 2023: 8:30am 12:30pm then 1:30– 4:30pm  in the Mustang Room (Danner 107).
  • After Feb. 3, 2023, technology loans will be fulfilled at the Mustang Tech Squad area in the Bookstore


NOTE: Please note that loaner device(s) MUST be return by May 26, 2023. Students that do not return the loaner devices will receive a hold on their student accounts. All students who checked out devices in Fall 2022 or earlier are required to return those devices. Even if you are continuing in Spring Semester, you must return your device in order to obtain a new one.

Free tutoring will be available both online and in person in the Spring. Hours and locations information is available here.

Additionally, graphing calculators can be rented free of charge for classes that require them. Please stop by the Math & Science Learning Center (SCMA 162) to fill out the form.

  • Consider joining Delta's Active Minds chapter. Active Minds is changing the conversation about mental health. Zoom meetings occur every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. and anyone is welcome to attend. Link:
