The InterClub Council (I.C.C) is a representative body of the various clubs and organizations on campus, designed to promote communication and cooperation among clubs through activities, meetings, and policy development. The I.C.C Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the organization. Our meetings are: First Thursday of the month (EX: February 1- March 1, 2018), at 1:30 pm in the Mustang Room in Danner Hall (By elevator) or Shima Rauhuff Boardroom, Shima 101A (Inside Shima Lounge). The InterClub Council (I.C.C) is a representative body of the various clubs and organizations on campus, designed to promote communication and cooperation among clubs through activities, meetings, and policy development. The I.C.C Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the organization. The I.C.C organization includes an Executive Board composed of a Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each club must designate a member to serve as the I.C.C representative. Each club is allotted one vote on all I.C.C matters. Each club shall identify one (1) student representative as part of the club registration process to serve on the council. Clubs may send a proxy if the appointed representative is unable to attend the meeting. The same membership requirements apply to proxies. Students shall not represent more than one club at an ICC meeting. The club shall notify the Office of Student Activities when an ICC representative has been replaced. Category Student Governance
