L.E.A.D Program

Take your college experience to new heights.

L.E.A.D is a leadership development program designed to recruit, select, and train student representatives to serve on shared governance committees.

Representative Responsibilities

Some expectations include but are not limited to: attending all assigned committee meetings, mandatory trainings and meetings; submitting reports to the ASDC; and representing the interests of the student body and the ASDC on all college matters.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected by a committee of ASDC officers and the Director of Student Activities. Recommendations from the committee will be forwarded to the ASDC for final approval.
