Membership
Membership is open to all college employees regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, creed,nationality, religion, or sexual orientation and any past or present African-descent employee or representative of San Joaquin Delta College who supports the mission and goals of the AAEC.
Privileges of Membership
- Right to vote on all AAEC business brought before the membership
- Ability to hold office
- Participation on committees
- Propose changes to AAEC Bylaws
- Discounted and/or comp tickets to AAEC events
- Member of the AAEC listserv
Cost of Membership
- $40 Basic membership
- $70 Basic membership and an AAEC Polo Shirt
Term of Membership
- Annual membership is September 1st - August 31st
