Q. My password is not working.
A. Check if 'Caps Lock' is down on your keyboard.
Q. My keyboard is not responding to anything that I am typing.
A. Check if your keyboard connection is plugged in properly.
Q. All my telephone calls keep going directly to Voice Mail.
A. Press #8 to deactivate calls going directly to voice mail.
Q. Oracle Financial won't accept my password.
A. There are two login screens, the user i.d. on the first screen is 'Oracle' and the password is 'sjdc.'
Q. I sent my files to print, but nothing is coming out of the printer.
A. Option 1: Check Chooser to make sure you have the correct printer selected.
Option 2: Check your print monitor for status, if 'stopped' then 'start' printer.
