Eligible student clubs/organizations can apply for funding from the Student Activity fee for on campus activities, conference travel, field trips, community service activities and retreats. Request must be received four (4) weeks prior to the date of the event or activity.
This packet is required by the City of Stockton anytime your club or organization host an event outside where food will be cooked and served from a temporary food facility. The form must be submitted two weeks in advance.
All persons receiving payment for services provided to the College must have a W9 on file with the Business Office before a payment can be processed.
