What to Do If You're Feeling Symptomatic

Follow these steps to determine what you should do if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

If you are feeling symptomatic:

  1. If you are not wearing a mask, put on a mask immediately, & limit contact with others.
  2. Get tested immediately at Locke Lounge  (open M-Th, 9 am - 7 pm).  Stay in the designated area and wait for your results. 
  3. If after testing hours, please leave campus and call the Nurse Triage at (209) 888-0480 for next steps

If you are feeling symptomatic:

  1. Do not go to campus. Contact Nurse Triage (209) 888-0480
  2. Take an at-home COVID-19 test. If you do not have an at-home test and would like a test kit sent to you, fill out this form
  3. Wait for your results
  • Leave campus once instructed and notify your SUPERVISOR

  • Nurse Triage will be in contact and provide you with a COVID-19 Absence Letter.

  • Follow instructions provided to you by the Nurse Triage team for clearance to return to campus.

  • Leave campus once instructed and notify your INSTRUCTOR

  • Nurse Triage will be in contact and provide you with a COVID-19 Absence Letter.

  • Follow instructions provided to you by the Nurse Triage team for clearance to return to campus.

  • Isolate immediately

  • Nurse Triage will be in contact and provide you with a COVID-19 Remote  Absence Letter. 

  • Notify your Instructor and forward COVID-19 remote absence letter

  • Follow instructions provided to you by Nurse Triage team for your clearance

  • Isolate immediately

  • Nurse Triage will be in contact and provide you with a COVID-19 Remote  Absence Letter. 

  • Notify your supervisor and forward COVID-19 remote absence letter

  • Follow instructions provided to you by Nurse Triage team for your clearance

If vaccinated return to normal activities. Contact Nurse Triage at (209) 888-0480 if you have any questions.

  • If NOT vaccinated: Quarantine for at least 5 days.
