The Operations Division

Within the mission and vision of San Joaquin Delta College, the Operations Division strives to maintain and support the District’s physical facilities and technology infrastructure in support of student success. It does so by ensuring buildings are properly maintained and that technology supports the instructional and operational needs of internal and external users, while also complying with applicable Board policies, laws, and regulations. 

The Operations Division directs and manages the development of short- and long-term goals and objectives for the Information Technology, Facilities Planning and Management, and Environmental Health and Safety departments and their managers. It also ensures that those goals and objectives are consistent with the District's strategic plan as well as its educational, facilities, and technology master plans, and ensures their effective execution.
