Daily Vendor Requirements

  1. Daily vendors can sell the maximum of 2 times per year without a sellers permit. If you sell 3 or more times in one year, the vendor must acquire a seller's permit addressed to 5151 Pacific Ave. Stockton, CA 95207.
  2. A valid form of identification (ex. California Driver's License).

Reserved Vendor Requirements:

  1. Copy of Valid photo ID
  2. Sellers Permit addressed to 5151 Pacific Ave. Stockton, CA 95207
  3. Complete a vendor application

Food Vendor Requirements:

  1. Copy of Valid Photo ID
  2. City of Stockton Business License
  3. San Joaquin County Health Permit
  4. $1,000,000 Insurance Policy
  5. Complete a vendor application
  6. Ask the Market staff to put you on the food vendor waiting list

Daily Vendors

- Per Parking Space: $25.00 (max. 6 spaces)

Reserved Vendors*

- Per Parking Space: $15.00

Food Vendors

- Push Carts: $55.00 for 4 spaces
- Food Trailers: $80.00 for 6 spaces

 

 

*Reserved vendors must pay for the entire month.
