Mystery Shopper Program and more
The Mystery Shopper Program provides small business owners with information to help them see how customers perceive their business.
How it works: Up to three consultants go to the business (in secret) and assess customer service, pricing, display, overall atmosphere and other criteria as previously discussed with the owner. A detailed report is prepared and a consultant meets with the owner to discuss the findings. Low and no-cost suggestions for improvement are also offered.
Cost: Only $75!
