IMPORTANT:

To be eligible for Internship / Work Experience program, the student must complete the following requirements BEFORE FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2009 @ 12:00 PM:

• MUST BE employment with an organization either as a paid employment or unpaid volunteer employment status.

• Must be enrolled in course(s) for the participating semester.

• Submit all Student Application forms with supervisors’ signature or mail application packet.  Do not FAX any portion of the application packet.

• Unpaid fees or registration issues from previous semsters that delay student enrollment after FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2009 will disqualify the student from being accepted in the Internship / Work Experience program.
