FAXED ASSIGNMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

All participating students are required to complete the specified assignments by the Internship/Work Experience Program. 

The following assignments and program information are provided in the Student Handbook. 

• Student Learning Objectives
• (3) Monthly Reports
• Final Report Outline (Internship Students Only)

All assignments must have the supervisor's signature prior to submission.  Students will need to make photocopies prior to submission.

The student may also purchase the student handbook from the San Joaquin Delta College Bookstore.
