Title V Council and Administrative Board:
Will jointly provide collaborative leadership to: information on web

• Eliminate inter-institutional barriers
• Foster an atmosphere conducive to success
• Promote partnership equity
• Provide overall vision and joint institutional leadership following the Title V guidelines
• Allocate resources
• Integrate Title V project activities with related and on-going institutional activities
• Work to institutionalize the grant activities
