Food Sales*
- San Joaquin County Environment Health Certificates are required prior to vending.
- An original Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 CSL (combined single limit) naming the "Delta College Flea Market" as additional insured is required. The Certificate of Insurance must include the following language: "San Joaquin Delta College Flea Market, its officers, agents and employees, are an Additional Insured, and this policy is primary to any self-insurance or excess insurance coverages maintained by the College District." COMPLIANCE WITH THIS INSURANCE REQUIREMENT IS MANDATORY OR VENDING WILL BE DENIED.
- A City of Stockton Business License is required (see link below).
- Copies or receipts of these items must be on file with the Delta College Student Activities Office by Wednesday prior to the weekend of sales activity.
- The appropriate original/copies of the above documentation must accompany the vendor at all times while on the market premises.
- Fines levied by the Environmental Health Department against unhealthful vendor practices are charged to the Delta College Flea Market. The fine must be paid by the violating vendor by the following weekend after the ASBG has been notified of the violations and fine. Food Vendors will not be permitted market access with unpaid fines.
* Sale of food items requires appropriate documentation and approval from industry regulators to insure compliance with industry standards.

Prohibited Sales
The following items may not be sold:
- Illegal Drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
- Alcohol, tobacco, and/or tobacco products
- Weapons of any style including, but not limited to: knives (all sizes and styles), guns, fireworks, or any incendiary devices
- Knock-off names brands (Gicci, must be Gucci)
- Tires (mounted or unmounted)
- Animals
- Pornographic material
* Private collection of Records, CD's, Cassette Tapes, 8-track tapes, videos, or DVD's
*Recording Products Sales Standards
The Delta College Flea Market chooses to set standards for Recording Industry Product Sales that will ensure the royalty process is observed. There will not be variance from the standards set by this document.
- Vendor must complete an application to sell products.
- Vendor must possess a current State of California Retail Sales Number.
- Vendor must submit proof of purchase for resale to the Student Activities Office.
- Vendor must sell only items in unopened shrink wrapped packaging.
- Vendor is not permitted to sell private videos, CD's, 8-Track or DVD stock.
- Copies of the above items necessary for compliance must be on file with the Delta College Student Activities Office by Wednesday prior to the weekend of sales activity.
